When will the Samsung Galaxy Note10 be available at T-Mobile?
You can pre-order the new Note10 starting at 9 pm PT August 7th and purchase in-store starting August 23rd.
Can I order in the T-Mobile app?

I ordered the new Note10. Why haven't I been charged yet?
Your form of payment is not charged until your device is packed to ship. You will receive a payment notification as soon as your order is processed to ship.
When will this device ship if I purchase for the pre-order?
This device will ship as soon as inventory is available. You'll receive an alert once your order is being shipped, and you can also keep up-to-date on shipping dates here: https://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates.
Will I get free shipping when I pre-order?
If you order the new Note10 or Note10+ during the pre-order period, you will receive free, ground shipping with an option to upgrade.
Will this device support 5G?
The Note10 and Note10+ are not enabled for 5G. We'll carry a version of the Note10+ 5G that taps into the Un-carrier's 600 MHz spectrum. Samsung plans to make this version available at a later date.
What Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ colors and models will be available at T-Mobile?
The Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ 256GB variants will be available in Aura Glow, Aura Black, and Aura White. The Note10+ 512 GB memory variant will be available in Aura Black.
