Understanding the Issue:
The following experiences are seen:
- Screen is unresponsive or frozen
- Screen is black and unresponsive
- Device reboots
- Press and hold power key on top right for up to 10 seconds in order to reset the device.
- Ensure that you are on the most current software version.
- This issue can sometimes occur when the user plugs the device into a computer or other powered USB device.
- If you plug into micro USB many different times the chances of this error occurring will go up.
