Self-service short codes give you access to your account information and plan features, fast and free. You can use self-service short codes with both monthly and prepaid accounts. Simply scroll down to find the code, and then dial the short code to get the information you need. Non-T-mobile self-service short codes are not supported by the Simple Choice Plan with No Credit Check.
