Short codes

Short codes give you access to information, fast and free. You can use short codes with both monthly and prepaid accounts. Simply scroll down to find the code, and then dial the short code to get the information you need.

Keep in mind, non-T-mobile short codes are not supported by the Simple Choice™ Plan with No Credit Check. Also, some short codes listed below won't work with business lines, including call forwarding, checking balance, checking Family Allowances, and checking data usage.
