eSIM settings

This device has a built-in eSIM that is not supported by T-Mobile. If you set up your device with a T-Mobile SIM card, you won't even see any eSIM settings. If customers set up their device with an eSIM and need to start using their physical T-Mobile SIM, follow these steps. These won't appear unless you've activated the eSIM with another carrier prior to inserting the T-Mobile SIM card.

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up twice to view all your apps.
  2. Tap Settings > Mobile Network.
  3. Tap the T-Mobile entry, then tap Switch.
