Add a line to your account

Adding a line to your account is easy. Let us show you how.

 

Only the Primary Account Holder can add lines to an account. The account must be current. You can Find the right plan for you and see how much a new line will be based on your plan.

 

 

T-Mobile app

You must be logged in to the T-Mobile app to complete these steps.

 

  1. Tap SHOP.

  2. Scroll to and tap Add a line. If you have two-step verification security turned on, you'll need to login and verify at this step.

  3. Select the number of lines to add and click Next.
  4. Select the type of device and click Next.
  5. Confirm your email address and click Next.
  6. Click Call now! to finish the order.

 

My T-Mobile

You must be logged in to your My T-Mobile account to complete these steps.

 

  1. Make sure that the account isn't past due delinquent and your line is set as the Primary Account Holder.
  2. If you have two-step verification security turned on, you'll need to login and verify to continue.
  3. Click ACCOUNT (menu bar at top of page).
  4. Click Add a line.
  5. On the "Ready to add a new line?" pop-up, click Start now.
  6. Select the number of lines and click Next.
  7. Select your device and click Next.
  8. Confirm or edit your email address and click Next.
  9. Click Call now! to finish the order.
