Add a line to your account

Adding a line to your account is easy. Let us show you how.

 

Only the Primary Account Holder can add lines to an account, and the account must be current.

 

From a mobile device with the T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap Menu > Shop.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add A Line, then follow on-screen instructions.

 

 

From a computer

  1. From your My T-Mobile account, select Shop.
  2. Scroll down and select Add A Line, then follow on-screen instructions.
