Add a line to your account

Adding a line to your account is easy. Let us show you how.

 

Only the Primary Account Holder can add lines to an account, and the account must be current.

 

From a mobile device with the T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap Menu > USAGE & PLANS.
  3. Tap View Plan Details.
  4. Scroll to and tap Add a line and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

 

From a computer

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Select SHOP.
  3. Select ADD A LINE and follow the on-screen instructions.
