Account Hub billing

Account Hub is an online self-service portal and account management tool for business customers. Use these steps for Account Hub billing-related functions.

 

 

Enroll in Paperless Billing or Autopay

 

AutoPay

 

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select the specific account number.
  4. Click on the three dots for the selected account number and select Edit AutoPay.
  5. Select the payment type (credit card or direct deposit from bank).
  6. Enter the payment information for the chosen payment type. A message appears upon successfully setting up AutoPay.

 

Paperless Billing

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select the specific account number.
  4. Click on the three dots for the selected account number and select Enroll in paperless billing.
  5. Choose the option (email or text) for how you'd like to receive billing updates.
  6. Click Enroll.

 

Download a PDF bill

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select the specific account number.
  4. Click on the three dots for the selected account number and select Download a statement. The Download a Statement (PDF file) window appears.
  5. Choose a statement type (Summary or Detailed) and click Download now. Upon submission, a generating PDF message appears letting you know you'll be notified when the PDF is ready.
    • For large accounts, it can take up to 12 hours. The user needs to log back in later to download the PDF.
    • For smaller accounts, the PDF is available almost immediately.

 

Statement history

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select Statements.

 

Make a payment

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select the specific account number.
  4. Click on the three dots for the selected account number and select Make payment.
  5. Select the Payment amount and Payment date.
  6. Enter the payment (bank transfer or credit/debit card) information.
  7. Click Submit.

 

Payment history

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select Payments.

 

Billing reports

  • You must have an I-Billing feature provisioned on the account for the Analyze Your Bill and Reports options to be available in the Billing section of Account Hub.
  • These options allow you to manage and order statements or view, edit, and create reports for all their accounts.
  • You can view individual statements or create a consolidated statement view by selecting several individual statements or grouping statements.

 

View usage & Out-of-Plan charges

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select Usage.

 

View billing statements

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. From the Overview tab, select Settings. You'll be able to view settings for AutoPay, Bill Delivery, and Billing Address.
