View or cancel an in-home appointment
Keep in mind, changes to appointments can take up to five minutes to display in your Customer Portal.
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Select SERVICE.
- Next, choose APPOINTMENTS.
- Here, view any scheduled appointments. To cancel an appointment, click the trash icon next to the appointment.
