Take these steps to update or delete your monthly payment method. Keep in mind, a temporary $79 soft authorization is placed on your new card for validation purposes only.
Change your monthly payment method
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Select ACCOUNT.
- Scroll to Payment Options.
- Choose Add Payment Method.
- Enter your new credit or debit card information.
- To set a new card as default, hover over the card information and select Set as Default.
Delete a stored payment method
To delete a payment method, select Delete next to the card you wish to delete. You'll need to keep at least one card on your account at all times.
