Manage your user profiles

Set up user profiles to give everyone in the home a customized viewing experience. Take these steps to add, update, or delete user profiles.

 

 

 

 

Add a user profile

 

Add a new user in the Customer Portal

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Choose ACCOUNT from the top menu.
  3. Select USERS.
  4. Select Add New User.
  5. Enter a display name, photo or avatar, and a login PIN if parental controls are needed.
  6. Save changes.

 

Or, add a new user from your TV screen

  1. From the main left menu, click on your profile avatar.
  2. From the user profile selection screen, choose +Add.
  3. Choose New Profile.
  4. Enter a display name and select Save Profile Name.
  5. Next, choose an avatar for the profile (you can upload your own image from the Customer Portal later).
  6. Select Create Profile.

 

 

Update a user profile

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Choose ACCOUNT.
  3. Select USERS.
  4. Select Edit next to the user that you wish to update.
  5. You can update the user's display name, login PIN, or avatar.
  6. Save changes.

 

Delete a user profile

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Choose ACCOUNT.
  3. Select USERS.
  4. Select Delete next to the profile you want to delete.

 

 

Good to know

  • The primary user profile is automatically created after account creation.
  • You can have up to 10 user profiles, including a guest profile.
  • Your user profile display name can have up to 112 characters.
  • If an Admin PIN is set, you'll need to enter the PIN to create or delete user profiles.
