Good to know

I set a previous recording and can't find it under my personal DVR menu—what happened to it?

Don't worry—we've still got it! If you recorded a program prior to the personal DVR feature being added, your previous recordings can be found by switching to the "All Recordings" tab from the main DVR menu.

Can I set DVR recordings under my own user profile?

Yes—enjoy your own personalized DVR experience. When you schedule recordings while in your user profile, they'll automatically show up under your DVR menu. Or, you can choose to view all recordings (across all user profiles).

Can I use parental controls to restrict recordings?

If parental controls are set up, recordings can be restricted by rating—keep in mind, this won't hide restricted recordings, but restricts playback.

How much can I record?

Record up to 400 hours of HD TV shows and movies on DVR. Depending on your home network connection, up to seven programs may be recorded at a time, with an eighth show recording while you watch it live. If storage hits 90% capacity, it'll begin deleting programming to create space.

If I cancel a premium subscription, can I keep the DVR recordings?

If you cancel a premium subscription, all DVR recordings from that premium content provider will be lost.
