Stay up-to-date with your account activity, from alerts of recent changes to up to two years of account history.

 

 

Account alerts

T-Mobile will alert you to the following changes to your account:

  • Address changes
  • Device orders and order updates
  • Family Allowance limits reached
  • New paperless bills
  • Payments (EIP payments, EasyPay payments, payment history, payment arrangements, and scheduled payments)
  • Phone security
  • Plan changes
  • Service changes

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click your name in the upper right.
  3. Click Account History. Any alerts on your account are listed in the upper-left corner.

 

T-Mobile app

In the app, your account alerts, if any, appear on the Home screen. Just scroll to see them.

Account history

My T-Mobile

You can access documents from the previous 24 months on My T-Mobile. Other types of account history, such as billing and payments, are available for the last 12 months (or last 12 events).

 

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click your name at the top right.
  3. Click Account history.
  4. Select from the following filters for the category and time-frame.

    • Billing
    • Payments
    • Services
    • Account
    • Devices
    • Documents
    • Conversations
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Current year
    • Previous year
    • All (24 months)
    • Custom dates
  5. Click Download PDF.
  6. Open and print the PDF.
