By phone

  • 1-800-375-1126 or 611 from your device (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
  • When calling in, you’ll be asked to verify your account PIN/Passcode to gain access to your account.
  • International callers: +1 505-998-3793 from your device, a landline, or a non-T-Mobile phone
    • All calls made to this number from a T-Mobile device are free from roaming, airtime, or long-distance charges.
    • Calls made to this number from landlines and non-T-Mobile phones will incur international long-distance charges as well as any other additional charges that may apply.

  • Email and fax options are only available to Authorized Users on the account.
  • If the email or fax isn't from an Authorized User, no account changes will be completed.

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click Message us to get the conversation started.
  3. Be prepared to verify your account so we can chat with you about your account.

 

 

Find a Business salesperson
