Paperless billing for business

Save trees, give your mail carrier a little break, and cut back on paper cuts. Sign up for paperless billing from the T-Mobile app or your computer, or you can take a shortcut by clicking the button below!

 

 

Paperless billing lets you see your billing information securely on My T-Mobile. You can cancel paperless billing at anytime.

 

 

Paperless billing requirements

To sign up for paperless billing, you need to be the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or have authorization from the PAH to make changes to the account, and have a:

 

 

 

Sign up for paperless billing

 

From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive, tap Paperless Bill.
  5. Under Select how you would like to receive your bill, tap Email to or Text message to.
  6. Tap Agree & Save.

 

From a computer:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive, choose Paperless Bill.
  5. Under Select how you would like to receive your bill, choose Email to or Text message to.
  6. Click Agree & Save.

 

 

Cancel paperless billing

 

From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive, tap Paper Bill.
  5. Under Select the level of bill you would like to receive, tap Summary bill or Detailed bill.
  6. Tap Agree & Save.

 

From a computer:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive, choose Paper Bill.
  5. Under Select the level of bill you would like to receive, choose Summary bill or Detailed bill.
  6. Select AGREE & SUBMIT.
