You can complete the following and more in the automated call system by speaking the key words listed below:

 

  • Ask for account and EIP balances
  • Ask for recent account events
  • Change an address
  • Change their billing format
  • Change their mobile number
  • Check usage information
  • Get their billing cycle end date
  • Make a payment
  • Set up a payment arrangement
  • Request a copy of their bill
  • Set up or change AutoPay
  • Voluntary suspend or restore

 

If you verify and validate a One Time PIN (OTP), you will be able to change these additional items:

 

  • PIN (NCC / Pay in Advance)
  • SIM Card (Postpaid / NCC)
  • Billing Address (Postpaid / NCC)
