What T-Mobile can help with

 

  • While T-Mobile can show you how to use SyncUP FLEET HOS, we're not able to help make sure you're in compliance with government regulations.
  • SyncUP FLEET administrators should use the FMCSA website and your local Department of Transportation office to help understand and determine compliance.
  • Drivers using SyncUP FLEET HOS should work with their SyncUP FLEET administrator for any questions.

 

How to setup FLEET HOS

 

  • You will need to use the My SyncUP FLEET website to set up your vehicles and drivers to use HOS.
  • The SyncUP FLEET HOS product guide is attached to the bottom of the document.
  • Drivers can find steps for using the app in SyncUP FLEET HOS app.
  • The best place to get additional information is T-Mobile SyncUP FLEET Training And Informational Videos. Here you'll find:

    • Administrator webinars are available on Thursdays at 8 a.m. PST.
    • Driver webinars are available on Fridays at 8 a.m. PST.

 

Register for the Administrator webinar

 

  1. In a web browser, navigate to https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/463800782838369026.
  2. Choose the desired Thursday date to take the webinar. All webinars are from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
  3. Enter your first and last name, email address, and organization.
  4. Click Register.
  5. Click Add to Calendar to add the appointment to your Outlook, Google, or iCal calendar.

 

Register for the Driver webinar
