Manage calls: ZTE Cymbal

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the ZTE Cymbal.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the OK key and choose Settings > Device > Call settings > Call forwarding.
  2. Select Always forward.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the OK key and choose Settings > Device > Call settings > Call forwarding.
  2. Choose from one of the following:
    • Always forward
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Home screen, press the OK key and choose Settings > Device > Call settings > Carrier settings.
  2. Select Additional settings > Caller ID.
  3. Select your display preference.

 

Reset call log

  1. From the Home screen, press the OK key and choose Recent calls.
  2. Navigate to the call you wish to reset and press the Left soft key > Remove from call log.

 

View call log

  1. From the Home screen, press the OK key and choose Recent calls.
  2. Navigate through the call logs to view recent calls.
