While sliding the screen saver up to unlock, the slide gets stuck half way.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Press the power key to put the device in sleep mode.
- Press the power button again, to be prompted to slide screen saver up.
- Slide up on screen saver.
- If problems continue, turn off the device and turn it back on.
- If problems continue, follow basic troubleshooting for screen unresponsive.
This issue has been identified by T-Mobile and Nokia and we are currently working on a software update that will resolve this issue in the future. A release date has not yet been scheduled. Please watch support.t-mobile.com for update information.
