To download games or applications, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Play Store icon.
  2. Touch Accept to accept the Play Store Terms of Service.
  3. Touch Applications.
  4. Touch the desired application category.
  5. If desired, touch the By popularity or By date tab.
  6. Touch the desired application.
  7. Touch Install.
  8. If required, touch OK on the message about application access.
    • The application downloads and installs. When the application has finished downloading and installing, the mytouch_img48.jpg icon appears on the status bar.

To download paid games or applications, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Play Store icon.
  2. Touch Accept to accept the Play Store Terms of Service.
  3. Touch Applications.
  4. Touch the desired application category.
  5. If desired, touch the By popularity or By date tab.
  6. Touch the desired application.
  7. Touch Buy.
  8. If required, touch OK on the message about application access.
  9. Enter your credit card information and billing address.
  10. Touch Save.
  11. Touch I agree to Google Checkout Terms of Service to select the check box.
  12. Touch Buy now: $x.xx.
    • The application downloads and installs. When the application has finished downloading and installing, the mytouch_img48.jpg icon appears on the status bar.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Applications.
  4. Touch Manage applications.
  5. Touch the application that you want to delete.

  7. Touch OK.
  8. Touch OK again.

  3. Press Menu.
  4. Tap the application name.
  5. Scroll down to the 'About the developer’ section.
  6. Tap Send email to developer.
  7. Enter a message.
  8. Tap Send.


Report objectionable content

 

How to report games or applications with objectionable content

 

To report games or applications with objectionable content, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Applications button.
  2. Tap the Play Store icon.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Tap Downloads
  5. Tap the application name.
  6. Scroll down to the Google Play Content section.
  7. Tap Flag as inappropriate.
  8. Tap the reason you find the content objectionable: 
    • Sexual content
    • Graphic violence
    • Hateful or abusive content
    • Harmful to phone or data
    • Other objection
  9. Tap Submit.
  10. On the Describe Objection screen, enter your objection.
  11. Tap Submit.

 

Request a refund

 

How to request a refund for downloaded games or applications from Play Store


You may request a refund for games or applications that you downloaded with Play Store.

 

Purchased less than 15 minutes ago

Within 15 minutes of purchase, you can request a refund from your credit card provider or from Google Checkout on the device. To request a refund from the device, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Applications button.
  2. Tap the Google Play icon.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. Tap Downloads
  5. Tap the application name.
  6. Tap Refund.

 

Purchased more than 15 minutes ago

After 15 minutes from the time of purchase, you must contact the developer directly on the device for a refund. To request a refund from the developer, see How to contact the developer for downloaded games or applications.

Note: T-Mobile does not support or refund third-party applications.
