Manage calls: Kyocera DuraForce PRO

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Kyocera DuraForce PRO.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call rejection.
  4. Touch and slide the Call rejection switch ON, then tap Rejection list.
  5. To block calls from unknown numbers, touch and slide the Unknown number switch ON.
  6. To add a person to the list, tap the Add contact icon and choose where to add the contact from:
    • Contacts
    • Recent calls
    • New
  7. Choose the contact or enter the number and tap Save.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call rejection > Rejection list.
  4. Tap the Trash can icon, place a check next to the contact to remove, then tap Done.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call forwarding > Always forward.
  4. Enter the number to forward calls to, then tap TURN ON.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call forwarding.
  4. Choose the type of forwarding to adjust:
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable
  5. Enter the number to forward calls to, then tap TURN ON.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Dial ##004# and tap the green Call button.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Dialpad.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Call settings > Additional settings > Caller ID.
  4. Choose from the following:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Recents.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Delete recent calls.
  4. Tap to choose individual calls or tap Select all, then tap Ok twice.

 

View call log

To view call logs or history, from the Home screen, open the Phone app and tap Recents.
