System Manager (Carrier IQ): Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime

Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.

 

 

Opt in / out

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Settings > Cloud and accounts.
  3. Tap Backup and reset.
  4. Tap Collect diagnostics.
  5. Tap Device data collection.
  6. To opt in, select the Allow Diagnostics check box then tap Next.
  7. To opt out, clear the Allow Diagnostics check box then tap Close.
  8. To learn more about the System Manager Application, tap the More Info... button.
