Manage calls: LG K20 Plus

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID, call waiting, and the call log on the LG K20 Plus.

 

 

 

Block calls

Phone menu

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  3. Tap + add icon.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts
      • Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
    • Call logs
      • Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
    • New number
      • Enter the phone number, then tap Save.

 

Settings menu

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap + add icon.
  5. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts
      • Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
    • Call logs
      • Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
    • New number
      • Enter the phone number, then tap Save

 

Unblock calls

Phone menu

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu  > Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  3. Tap the trash can, select the numbers you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.

 

Settings menu

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap the trash can, select the numbers you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More.
  3. Scroll down to 'OTHERS,' then Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  6. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  7. When finished, tap TURN ON.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More.
  3. Scroll down to 'OTHERS,' then Call forwarding.
  4. Under 'FORWARD IF,' select from the following:
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable
  5. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  6. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  7. When finished, tap TURN ON.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More.
  3. Scroll down to 'OTHERS,' then tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Tap TURN OFF.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More.
  3. Scroll down to 'OTHERS,' then tap Additional settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Call waiting settings

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More.
  3. Scroll down to 'OTHERS,' then tap Additional settings.
  4. Tap the Call waiting slider to turn on or off.

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap Menu > Clear all.
  4. Tap Yes.

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap a call to view more details.
