Opt in / out
- From the home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Under 'PERSONAL,' tap Backup & reset.
- Tap Collect Diagnostics.
- Tap Diagnostics.
- Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics check box.
- Tap Next.
- Review the Issue Assist screen, then tap Accept or Decline.
- Review the Personalized Offers screen, then tap Accept or Decline.
- Tap any of System Manager settings to enable or disable.
