Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the Alcatel ONETOUCH Fierce 4. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.



Opt in / out

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'PERSONAL,' tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Collect Diagnostics.
  5. Tap Diagnostics.
  6. Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics check box.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Review the Issue Assist screen, then tap Accept or Decline.
  9. Review the Personalized Offers screen, then tap Accept or Decline.
  10. Tap any of System Manager settings to enable or disable.
