Manage calls: ZTE ZMAX Pro

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the ZTE ZMAX Pro.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  4. Tap Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always, enter the desired number, then tap Turn On.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  4. Tap Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding.
  5. Tap to update the following settings. The default number is +18056377249.
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Open the Dialer pad and call ##004#.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap the Menu icon with three dots,.
  4. Tap Settings > Call settings > Additional settings > Caller ID.
  5. Choose from the following:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap the Menu icon with three dots, then tap Call history.
  4. Tap the Menu icon with three dots, then tap Clear call history.
  5. Select some or all of the entries, then tap the Trash Can icon.

 

View call log

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap the clock to view recent calls.
  4. To view more, scroll to the bottom and tap View full call history.
