Block and manage calls: Alcatel ONETOUCH Fierce 4

    Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Alcatel ONETOUCH Fierce 4.

     

     

     

    Block calls

    1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Contacts.
    3. Tap the name of the desired contact.
    4. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    5. Tap Block contact.
    6. Under 'Add to block list,' tap to select the following:
      • Block call
      • Block message
    7. Tap BLOCK.

     

    Unblock calls

    1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Contacts.
    3. Tap the name of the desired contact.
    4. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    5. Tap Unblock contact.

     

    Call forwarding unconditional

    Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

     

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Call settings.
    5. Tap GSM call settings.
    6. Tap Call Forwarding. It may take a minute for these settings to load.
    7. Tap Always forward.
    8. Enter desired number to forward calls to.
    9. Tap TURN ON.

     

    Call forwarding conditional

    Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

     

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Call settings.
    5. Tap GSM call settings.
    6. Tap Call Forwarding. It may take a minute for these settings to load.
    7. Tap When busy.
    8. Enter desired number to forward calls to.
    9. Tap UPDATE.

     

    Cancel call forwarding

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Call settings.
    5. Tap GSM call settings.
    6. Tap Call Forwarding.
    7. Tap Always forward or When busy.
    8. Tap TURN OFF.

     

    Caller ID settings

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Call Settings.
    5. Tap GSM call settings.
    6. Tap Additional Settings. It may take a minute for these settings to load.
    7. Tap Caller ID.
    8. Tap to select desired Caller ID setting:
      • Network default
      • Hide number
      • Show number

     

    Reset call log

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Call history.
    4. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    5. Tap Clear call log.
    6. Tap OK.

     

    View call log

    1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (top right).
    3. Tap Call history.
    4. Tap the appropriate tab to view the call log:
      • ALL
      • MISSED
