Manage calls: Alcatel OneTouch Evolve

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Alcatel OneTouch Evolve.

 

 

 

Block calls

Contacts stored as SIM-only (unsynced) cannot be blocked. To block any incoming call that is not added to the reject list, touch the red Phone icon and drag it to the left. To block the call but provide a message, touch Reject call with message and drag up.

 

  1. From the home screen tap All apps.
  2. Tap People.
  3. Tap on the contact you wish to block.
  4. Tap Menu.
  5. Tap Block incoming calls directly. When active, a check mark appears next to Block incoming calls directly.

     

    Unblock calls

    1. From the home screen tap All apps.
    2. Tap People.
    3. Tap on the contact you wish to unblock.
    4. Tap Menu.
    5. Tap Block incoming calls directly. When call are unblocked, the check mark will not appear next to Block incoming calls directly.

     

    Call forwarding unconditional

    Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the  Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom right.
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Voice call.
    5. Tap Call forwarding.
    6. Tap Always forward to enable.

     

    Call forwarding conditional

    Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the  Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom right.
    3. Tap Voice call.
    4. Tap Call forwarding.
    5. Choose from the following options:
      • Forward when busy
      • Forward if unanswered
      • Forward if unreachable

     

    Cancel call forwarding

    1. From any Home screen, tap the  Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom right.
    3. Tap Voice call.
    4. Tap Call forwarding.
    5. Tap Always forward to cancel
    6. Tap Disable.

     

    Caller ID settings

    1. From any Home screen, tap the  Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Menu icon in the bottom right.
    3. Tap Voice call.
    4. Tap Additional settings.
    5. Tap Caller ID.
    6. Choose one of the following:
      • Network default
      • Hide Number
      • Show Number

     

    Reset call log

    1. From any Home screen, tap the  Phone icon.
    2. Tap Call log at the top of the screen.
    3. Tap Menu.
    4. Tap Delete.
    5. Check the numbers you wish to have deleted. Tap 0 selected to be able to select Select All.
      • Tap Ok.

       

      View call log

      1. From any Home screen, press the Phone icon.
      2. Tap Call log at the top of the screen.
      3. View call logs.
