Opt in / out

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Recent Apps key to bring up the Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to 'PERSONAL,' and then tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Collect diagnostics.
  5. Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics check box.
  6. Tap close.
