Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the ALCATEL T-Mobile 768.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select Voice Calls.
  6. Select All Voice Calls.
  7. Select Activate.
  8. Choose the desired option:
    • Forward to another number
      1. Select To New Number.
      2. Enter the number, select Options, and then select Done. Select OK.
    • Forward to voicemail
      1. Select To Voicemail Box.
      2. Select OK.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
  5. Select Voice Calls.
  6. Select Forward All Conditional Calls.
  7. Select Activate.
  8. Select To New Number.
  9. Enter the number, select Options, and then select Done.
  10. Scroll to select how much time elapses before the incoming call is forwarded.
  11. Select OK. If you receive an 'Unfinished' error message, you need to turn off unconditional forwarding: Select All Voice Calls, and then select Deactivate.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Voice Calls.
  6. Select All Voice Calls.
  7. Select Deactivate.
  8. Select OK.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Call Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Caller ID.
  5. Choose:
    • Set by network
    • Hide number
    • Send number
  6. Select OK.

 

Reset call log

  1. From the Home screen, press Menu.
  2. Select the Phone icon..
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Missed Calls
    • Outgoing Calls
    • Answered Calls
  4. Press Options.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Select Ok.

 

View call log

  1. From the Home screen, press Menu.
  2. Select the Phone icon..
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Missed Calls
    • Outgoing Calls
    • Answered Calls
