T-Mobile My Account app

T-Mobile My Account is a T-Mobile-branded app that lets you pay your bill, check usage, view notifications, manage your account, and fix issues with your device.

Here's what you can do with the T-Mobile My Account app

  • Get notified when there's a device problem detected by Device Health. My Account monitors and improves your battery life.
  • View how much data you use, so you can make sure you and your family are on the right plan.
  • Easily set up AutoPay.
  • View account usage and manage multiple lines all on one screen.
  • Set up account notifications so you know everything going on with your account.

 

What you need to use it

  • One of the following devices:
    • A Windows Phone device
    • A BlackBerry device
  • A connection to Wi-Fi or T-Mobile's blazing-fast data network

 

How to use your app

 

Refill a Pay In Advance account

  • Pay with a credit/debit card: If you previously made a payment using a credit/debit card, see Refill cards: Pay in Advance.
  • Dial *ADD: Make payment over the phone or find a location to refill your card in person.
  • Redeem a refill card:
    1. Open the My Account app.
    2. Select Account Info > Billing & Refill > Redeem a Refill Card.
    3. Enter the Refill Card Number using the phone keypad.

 

Show usage in notification bar

Accounts with limited high-speed data show one data bucket, and do not display Smartphone Mobile Hotspot (SMHS) usage separately. Data usage in the My Account notification bar is automatically refreshed once every 24 hours.

 

  1. Launch the T-Mobile My Account app.
  2. Select Account Info.
  3. Select the phone line that you want details for.
  4. Select Detailed Usage. SMHS usage appears for unlimited high speed accounts only.

 

View third-party transactions

You can view third-party transaction history in the Account Info section for up to 90 days from date of purchase.

 

  1. Launch the T-Mobile My Account app.
  2. Tap Account Info. The dollar amount appears under Purchases.
  3. Tap Click here for details to open the purchase details.

  1. Launch the T-Mobile My Account app.
  2. Scroll to Support.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • T-Mobile Forums
    • Windows Phone Support
    • T-Mobile on Twitter

 

Make a payment:

  1. Launch the T-Mobile My Account app.
  2. Tap Billing > Pay Now. If you already have AutoPay, a notification will pop asking if you would like to continue with a one time payment.
  3. Tap Yes.
  4. Log in using your T-Mobile.com credentials and enter your Payment Amount and Method.
  5. Tap Next and enter Payment Details.
  6. Tap Next and enter the remaining Payment Details.
  7. Tap Next > Terms & Conditions Acceptance check box > Submit. You have the option to save this payment information for future payments.

 

Provide feedback:

  1. Launch the T-Mobile My Account app.
  2. Taps Device Options.
  3. Choose About > T-Mobile My Account Feedback.
