GPS: Google Nexus 9

Learn how to connect to GPS on the Google Nexus 9.


  1. From any Home screen, tap the All apps icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll down to PERSONAL, and then tap Location access
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Turn on
      1. Tap Access to my location to turn it on.
      2. Tap Agree.
    • Turn off
      • Tap Access to my location to turn it off.
  5. To enable Google location sources, check the box next to:
    • GPS satellites to let apps use GPS on your tablet to pinpoint your location.
    • Wi-Fi & mobile network location to let apps use Google's location service to estimate your location faster. Anonymous location data will be collected and sent to Google.
