GPS: Google Nexus 9

Learn how to connect to GPS on the Google Nexus 9.

 

 

Turn on

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'PERSONAL', tap Location access.
  4. Tap Access to my location > Agree.
  5. To enable Google location sources, check the box next to:
    • GPS satellites to let apps use GPS on your tablet to pinpoint your location.
    • Wi-Fi & mobile network location to let apps use Google's location service to estimate your location faster. Anonymous location data will be collected and sent to Google.

 

Turn off

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'PERSONAL', tap Location access.
  4. Tap Access to my location.
