Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fierce 2. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.

 

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to PERSONAL and then tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Collect Diagnostics.
  5. Tap Diagnostics.
  6. Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics checkbox.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Review the Issue Assist screen and then tap Accept or Decline.
  9. Review the Special Offers screen and then tap Accept or Decline.
