Opt in / out
- From any home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to PERSONAL and then tap Backup & reset.
- Tap Collect Diagnostics.
- Tap Diagnostics.
- Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics checkbox.
- Tap Next.
- Review the Issue Assist screen and then tap Accept or Decline.
- Review the Special Offers screen and then tap Accept or Decline.
