Manage apps: ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fierce 2

Use these steps to use/do/support uninstall and clear cache for apps on the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fierce 2.

 

 

 

Clear app cache and data

Clearing cache or data from an app can fix some software problems. If you clear data, any data stored in that app is lost, such as settings, login information, and saved games. If you don't want to clear the data, try just clearing cache first. If you still experience problems, then clear data too.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. Swipe left to the ALL screen.
  5. Tap the app to clear.
  6. Tap Clear cache > Clear data > OK.

 

Update apps

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Play Store.
  3. Tap Menu > My Apps.
  4. To keep your apps automatically updated:
    1. Tap Menu > Settings.
    2. Select the Auto-update apps check box.
  5. Tap Update [xx] to update all apps.
  6. Tap an individual app, then tap Update to update a single app.

 

Clear recent apps

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to DEVICE and then tap Applications.
  4. Swipe left to the RUNNING tab.
  5. Tap the application to stop or uninstall.
  6. Tap Stop and then tap OK.

 

Uninstall app

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. Swipe left to the ALL screen.
  5. Tap the app to uninstall.
  6. Tap Uninstall and then tap OK.
