Manage calls: ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fierce 2

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the ALCATEL ONETOUCH Fierce 2.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap People.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Select any contact, then tap the Menu key.
  5. Tap All calls to voicemail to block all calls.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap People.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Select any contact, then tap the Menu key.
  5. Tap All calls to voicemail to clear the check box.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Voice call > Call forwarding.
  3. Tap Always forward.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Voice call > Call forwarding.
  3. Select from the following:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward if unanswered
    • Forward if unreachable

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Voice call > Call forwarding.
  3. Tap Always forward, then tap Disable.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Settings > Voice call.
  3. Tap Additional settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID, then select the desired setting:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Clock icon in the bottom left. This takes you to History screen.
  3. Select the All tab (top left).
  4. Tap Menu > Delete.
  5. Select the calls you want to delete, then tap OK.

 

View call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Clock icon in the bottom left.
  3. View the call logs on the History screen.
