Manage calls: LG K10

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the LG K10.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap the + plus sign, then select one of the following:
    • Contacts
      • Select the desired contact, then tap DONE.
    • Call logs
      • Select the desired call log entry, then tap DONE.
    • New number
      • Enter the phone number, then tap BLOCK.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap the trash can.
  5. Select the number(s) you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.
  6. If desired, tap the Select all checkbox.
  7. Tap REMOVE to confirm.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL, then tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  7. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  8. Tap Turn on.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL, then tap Call forwarding.
  5. Under 'FORWARD IF,' select from the following:
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable
  6. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  7. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  8. Tap Update.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call.
  4. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL,' then tap Call forwarding.
  5. Tap Always forward.
  6. Tap Turn off.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If using Tab view, select the Networks tab.
  3. Tap Call > More > Additional settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap Menu > Clear all.
  4. Tap Yes.

 

View call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap a call to view more details.
