Can't sign in to HTC Sense on an Android device

    Troubleshoot problems signing in to HTC on an Android device.

    To fix this issue:

    1. Make sure you're able to access the Internet on your phone.
    2. From a computer, go to
    3. Sign in to the web site to verify your email and password are correct. If necessary, use the password recovery link.
    4. Remove and re-add the HTC Sense account:
      1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
      2. Touch Settings.
      3. Touch Accounts & sync.
      4. Touch Sense.
      5. Touch Remove account.
      6. From the Accounts & sync screen, touch Add account.
      7. Touch HTC Sense.
      8. Touch Next.
      9. Touch Sign in.
      10. Enter your email and password.
      11. Touch Next, and sign in.
