Beginning January 10, a firmware is available for the Rocket 3.0 laptop stick. This update improves network connectivity.

Download the Update

Note: An active Internet connection is needed to perform the steps below.

1. Open the web browser.
2. Visit: Mobile internet software updates. 
3. Find the appropriate product, and select the get software button.
4. Enter the mobile number and select go.
5. Select on the connection manager link. Note: The firmware update is included with the connection manager software.
6. Select the Download button.
7. When prompted, save the file to the Desktop.

Install the Update

1. Open the file on the Desktop.
2. The InstallShield Wizard will display.
3. If prompted, exit the Connection Manager.
4. Select Next.
5. Read the license agreement and select the I accept the terms in the License Agreement button.
6. Select Next.
7. If desired, select Change to change the installation folder and then select Next.
8. Select Install.
9. The window will display the progress of the installation.
10. Select Finish.
11. Restart the computer.
