Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Kyocera Hydro LIFE.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Settings.
  3. Scroll down to and tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  6. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  7. Tap Enable.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu button with three dots, then tap Call forwarding.
  3. Tap one of the following options, enter the desired number with the area code first, then tap Enable.
    The default forwarding is to voicemail: +18056377249
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call Settings.
  3. Under 'OTHER CALL SETTINGS,' tap Call forwarding.
  4. It will take a moment for the call forwarding settings to load.
  5. Tap Always forward
  6. Tap Disable.
  7. It will take a moment for the call forwarding settings to update.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings.
  3. Under 'OTHER CALL SETTINGS,' tap Additional settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID.
  5. Select the desired setting:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap Menu > Clear call log.
  4. Tap OK.

 

View call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap a log entry to view call details.
