Block and manage calls: Kyocera Hydro WAVE

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Kyocera Hydro WAVE.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. Make sure the number is added to your contacts.
  2. From the home screen, tap Apps > Contacts.
  3. Tap the desired contact, then tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  4. Place a check in the All calls to voicemail box.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Contacts.
  2. Tap the desired contact, then tap the Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Remove the check in the All calls to voicemail box.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu button with three dots, then tap Call forwarding > Always forward.
  3. Enter the desired number with the area code first, then tap Enable.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu button with three dots, then tap Call forwarding.
  3. Tap one of the following options, enter the desired number with the area code first, then tap Enable.
    The default forwarding is to voicemail: +18056377249
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Phone > Dialpad.
  2. Dial ##004#, then tap the green Call button.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots, then tap Call settings > Additional settings > Caller ID.
  3. Choose from the following options:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From the home screen, tap Phone > Recent Calls.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots and tap Clear call log > OK.

 

View call log

  1. From the home screen, tap Phone > Recent Calls.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots and tap Filter by to choose from the following filter options:
    • All calls
    • Missed calls
    • Outgoing calls
    • Incoming calls
