Manage calls: LG G Flex

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the LG G Flex.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. Tap System settings > Call > Call reject.
  2. If necessary, tap Call reject mode, and then select Reject calls on list.
    If 'Reject calls on list' is already selected, skip to the next step.
  3. Tap Reject calls from > Add.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts: Select the desired contact, and then tap Done.
    • Call logs: Select the desired call log entry, and then tap Done.
    • New number: Enter the phone number, and then tap Save.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings > Call > Call reject > Reject calls from.
  3. Tap the Trash can icon.
  4. Select the number(s) you want to unblock.
  5. Tap Delete > Yes.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings > Call > Call forwarding > Always forward.
  3. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
    To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  4. Tap Enable.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings > Call > Call forwarding.
  3. Under 'FORWARD IF,' select from the following:
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable
  4. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to.
    To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  5. Tap Update.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings > Call > Call forwarding.
  3. Tap Always forward > Disable.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings.
  3. Tap the Network tab, then tap Call.
  4. Tap Additional settings.
  5. Tap Caller ID.
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the Call logs tab.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Clear all > Yes.

 

View call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the Call logs tab.
  3. Select a call log entry to view more details.
