The Noise reduction feature can improve the quality of a call by filtering out ambient noise. It can also provide call clarity in noisy settings or outdoors.
The Noise reduction can cause additional echo when using the speaker phone or if there is a protective case on the phone. If using a protective case, remove it from the phone and see if the echo is still occuring.
To change the Noise reduction feature, follow the below steps:
