Learn how to use T-Mobile Video Calling on the Samsung Galaxy S 6.

 

 

 

Manage settings

 

Place a call

  1. Navigate to desired contact.
  2. If the contact is available, a green camera appears.
  3. Tap the camera to begin the video call.

 

Switch to video call

  1. Place call to desired contact.
  2. From the phone dialer screen, tap VIDEO CALL.
  3. Once the call connects, tap desired options:
    • Switch camera
    • Mute
    • Show me
    • Hide me
    • Decline
    • End call

 

Turn on / off

 

VoLTE data network

 

Android Lollipop

  1. From the Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap MORE.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Voice over LTE settings.
  5. Toggle the ON/OFF switch:
    • Turn on: Use VoLTE when available
    • Turn off: Do not use VoLTE

 

Android Marshmallow

  1. From the Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap MORE.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Voice over LTE Preferred.
  5. Toggle the ON/OFF switch:
    • Turn on: Use VoLTE when available
    • Turn off: Do not use VoLTE

 

Wi-Fi Calling

 

Android Lollipop

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'Connections,' tap More connection settings.
  4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
  5. Tap the Wi-Fi switch to ON.
  6. Tap Wi-Fi preferred or Never use Cellular Network.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More connection settings.
  4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
