Manage settings
Place a call
- Navigate to desired contact.
- If the contact is available, a green camera appears.
- Tap the camera to begin the video call.
Switch to video call
- Place call to desired contact.
- From the phone dialer screen, tap VIDEO CALL.
- Once the call connects, tap desired options:
- Switch camera
- Mute
- Show me
- Hide me
- Decline
- End call
Turn on / off
VoLTE data network
Android Lollipop
- From the Home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap MORE.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Voice over LTE settings.
- Toggle the ON/OFF switch:
- Turn on: Use VoLTE when available
- Turn off: Do not use VoLTE
Android Marshmallow
- From the Home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap MORE.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Voice over LTE Preferred.
- Toggle the ON/OFF switch:
- Turn on: Use VoLTE when available
- Turn off: Do not use VoLTE
Wi-Fi Calling
Android Lollipop
- From the Home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Under 'Connections,' tap More connection settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
- Tap the Wi-Fi switch to ON.
- Tap Wi-Fi preferred or Never use Cellular Network.

- From the Home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap More connection settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
- Tap the Wi-Fi switch to ON.
- Tap Wi-Fi preferred or Never use Cellular Network.
