  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'System,' tap Language and input.
  4. Tap Default keyboard.
  5. Tap the Samsung keyboard check box.

 

Swype keyboard

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under 'System,' tap Language and input.
  4. Tap Default keyboard.
  5. Tap ADD KEYBOARDS.
  6. Tap the Google voice typing switch to ON.

 

Android Marshmallow

  4. Tap Default keyboard.
  5. Tap the Samsung keyboard check box.

 

Swype keyboard

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Language and input.
  4. Tap Default keyboard.
  5. Tap ADD KEYBOARDS.
  6. Tap the Google voice typing switch to ON.

 

 

Enter symbols & numbers

 

  1. From the alphabet keyboard, tap the Sym key.
  2. Tap the 1/2 key for more symbols.
  3. Tap the ABC key to return to the alphabet keyboard.
  4. Tap the smiley key to insert emoticons.

  6. Tap the Predictive text switch to ON.
  7. Tap the Live word update switch to ON.
  8. Tap the Personalized data check box to enable:
    • Learn from Messages
    • Learn from Contacts
    • Clear personal data
  9. Tap the Privacy Policy to read it.
