Camera & gallery: Samsung Galaxy Tab S

    Use these steps to support gallery functions on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S.

     

     

     

    Camera settings

    1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Camera.
    3. Tap the Menu key.
    4. Tap Settings.
    5. Tap the Camera Settings icon.
    6. Update the camera settings as desired:
      • Location tag
      • Review pics/videos
      • Volume key
      • Timer
      • White balance
      • Exposure value
      • Guidelines
      • Flash
      • Voice control
      • Contextual filename
      • Save as flipped
      • Storage
      • Shutter sound
      • Reset

    Change default camera storage

    Pictures can be stored on the internal memory (ROM) or SD card.

     

    1. From any home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Camera.
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Select the Settings tab.
    5. Scroll down to and tap Storage.
    6. Select the storage location:
      • Device
      • Memory card

     

    Delete pictures & videos

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
    2. Tap Gallery.
    3. Locate the picture/video you want to delete.
    4. Tap the picture/video.
    5. Tap the Trash Can icon.
    6. Tap OK.

    Keypad Method

    1. Navigate to the desired screen.
    2. At the same time, press and hold the Power key and the Home key.
    3. When the white border appears around the edge of the screen, release the keys. The screenshot has been captured.
    4. Screenshots are saved in the Gallery application inside the Screenshots album.

     

    Screen Swipe Method

    1. Navigate to the desired screen.
    2. Place your index finger flush against the left side of the screen with your hand perpendicular to the screen.
    3. Swipe right until the white border appears around the edge of the screen. The screenshot has been captured.
    4. Screenshots are saved in the Gallery application inside the Screenshots album
