Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the [Device Name].

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select to Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Call forwarding.
  5. Select the desired call forwarding option:
    • Always
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Follow any additional prompts to set up call forwarding.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select to Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Call forwarding.
  5. Select the desired call forwarding option:
    • Always
    • If busy
    • If no reply
    • If out of reach
  6. Follow any additional prompts to set up call forwarding.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Call forwarding.
  5. Select Cancel all.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

 

Reset call log

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select Call History.
  3. Select All calls.
  4. Select Options.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Select one of the following:
    • Selected
    • All
  7. Select Yes to confirm.

 

View call log

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select Call History.
  3. Select the desired viewing option:   
    1. All calls
    2. Missed calls
    3. Dialed calls
    4. Answered calls
    5. Voice mail
