Camera & gallery: Samsung Galaxy S 5

Use these steps to support gallery functions on the Samsung Galaxy S 5.

 

 

 

Camera settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Camera.
  3. Tap the Settings icon to adjust these settings:  
    • Picture size          
      • 16M 5312x2988 (16:9)
      • 12M 3984x2988 (4:3)
      • 9M 2976x2976 (1:1)
      • 8M 3264x2448
      • 6M 3264x1836 (19:9)

Change default camera storage

Pictures can be stored on the internal memory (ROM) or SD card.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Camera.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top left.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Tap one of the following options:  
    • Device
    • Memory card

 

Delete pictures & videos

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Gallery.
  3. Tap the Menu key
  4. Tap Select
  5. Tap each picture (or album, if applicable) to be deleted.
  6. Tap the Trash can.
  7. Tap OK.

 

Screenshots

  1. Navigate to the desired screen.
  2. At the same time, press and hold the Power key and the Home key.
  3. When the white border appears around the edge of the screen, release the keys. The screenshot has been captured.
  4. Screenshots are saved in the Gallery application inside the Screenshots album.
