Pair

Android 6.0 Marshmallow

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Bluetooth.
  4. Verify that Bluetooth is turned on.
  5. Your device scans for and displays the IDs of all available Bluetooth devices in range. If your mobile device stops scanning before your Bluetooth device is ready, touch Search for devices.
  6. Touch the ID of the Bluetooth device in the list to pair with it.
  7. Follow the instructions to complete the pairing.
  8. If you’re prompted to enter a passcode, try entering 0000 or 1234 (the most common passcodes), or consult the documentation that came with the device.
  9. If the pairing is successful, your device connects to the device.

 

Android 7.0 Nougat

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Connections.
  4. Tap Bluetooth.
  5. Verify that Bluetooth is turned on.
  6. Your device scans for and displays the IDs of all available Bluetooth devices in range. If your mobile device stops scanning before your Bluetooth device is ready, touch Search for devices.
  7. Touch the ID of the Bluetooth device in the list to pair with it.
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the pairing.

  4. Tap Bluetooth.
  5. Slide the Bluetooth switch ON or OFF.
