Block and manage calls: Sony Xperia Z1s

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Sony Xperia Z1s.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding > Always forward.
  2. Enter a phone number to forward calls to. You can also tap the Contacts icon to use a phone number from a saved contact.
  3. Tap Enable.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding.
  2. Select one of the following:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
  3. If necessary, enter a phone number to forward all calls to. You can also tap the Contacts icon to use a phone number from a saved contact.
  4. Tap Enable.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding > Always forward.
  2. Tap Disable.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Call Settings > Additional Settings.
  2. Tap Caller ID to turn display of your name on or off.

 

Reset call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon in the lower-right corner.
  3. Tap Clear call log.

 

View call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the Arrow icon next to the call log entry you want to view.
  3. Under DURATION, view additional call details.
