Email messages: Samsung Galaxy S4

    Learn how to manage email messages on the Samsung Galaxy S4.

     

     

     

    Attach a file and send an email

    1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Email
      Note
      : If the email account you want to use is not the Inbox currently displayed, tap Inbox at the top of the screen and then tap the deisred account.
    3. Tap the Compose icon located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
    4. At To, enter the recipient’s email address. Or if sending to a contact, tap the Contact icon, tap the desired contact, and then tap Done.
    5. If necessary, enter an email subject and email message in the Subject and emal fields.
    6. Tap the Attach icon (paper clip).
    7. Tap the desired attachment type.
      Note: Tap My files to manually search through your device and SD card (if applicable) files.
    8. Navigate to and tap the desired attachment. If necessary, tap Done.
    9. For images, tap the desired Image resize setting and then tap either Always or Just once.
    10. Tap the Send icon.

     

    Delete emails

    1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Tap Email.
      Note: If the email account you want to use is not the Inbox currently displayed, tap Inbox at the top of the screen and then tap the desired account.
    3. To the left of each desired message deleted, tap the check box to select the check box.
    4. Tap the Trash can icon and then tap Delete.
