Backlight: Change brightness
- From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Display.
- If necessary, tap Automatic brightness to clear the Check box and turn off.
- Touch and drag the Brightness level Slider to the desired setting.
Backlight: Timeout
- From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Display.
- Tap Screen timeout.
- Select the desired time setting:
- 15 seconds
- 30 seconds
- 1 minute
- 2 minutes
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
Add widget or shortcut
To add a widget or shortcut to the Home screen, follow these steps:
- From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Swipe right to find the desired app or widget.
- Touch and hold the app or widget until the Home screen appears.
- Slide the app or widget into place and release your finger.
Delete widget or shortcut
To delete a widget or shortcut from the Home screen, follow these steps:
- Touch and hold a shortcut, widget, or folder on any Home screen.
- Drag the shortcut, widget, or folder to the Remove icon at the top of the screen.
- Release your finger.
Status Lights
- Red - displays when charging or battery is low.
- Blue - new notifications or when voice recording.
- Green - displays when fully charged.
Wallpaper: Home screen
- From any Home screen, touch and hold an empty spot.
- Tap Wallpapers.
- In the upper left corner, drop down the box and select Home screen.
- Tap the desired image and tap SET AS WALLPAPER.
- If the image is not showing:
- Tap Gallery or another available option.
- Tap the desired image.
- Tap Set Wallpaper.
Wallpaper: Lock screen
- From any Home screen, touch and hold an empty spot.
- Tap Wallpapers.
- In the upper left corner, drop down the box and select Lock screen.
- Tap the desired image and tap SET AS WALLPAPER.
- If the image is not showing:
- Tap Gallery or another available option.
- Tap the desired image.
- Tap Set Wallpaper.
