System Manager (Carrier IQ): T-Mobile Concord II

Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the T-Mobile Concord II. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings.
  3. Scroll to PERSONAL, then tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Collect diagnostics.
  5. Select or clear the Allow Diagnostics check box.
  6. Tap Close.
