Manage calls: T-Mobile Concord II

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the T-Mobile Concord II.

 

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  6. Tap Always forward.
  7. Enter the phone number to forward your calls to.
  8. Tap Enable.
  9. Once call forwarding is enabled, it shows the forwarding number under Always forward.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  6. Tap one of these options:
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
  7. Enter the phone number to forward your calls to.
  8. Tap Update.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Scroll to and tap Call forwarding.
  6. Tap Always forward.
  7. Tap Disable.
  8. Once call forwarding is disabled, it shows as Disabled Always forward.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Additional Settings.
  5. Tap Caller ID.
  6. Tap one of the following:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. Tap the Menu key.
  4. Tap Delete call log.
  5. Under Delete call log, select one of the  following:
    • All calls
    • Incoming calls
    • Outgoing calls
    • Missed calls
  6. Tap the Check mark icon.
  7. Tap the OK icon.
  8. Tap OK to confirm

 

View call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Call log.
  3. View call logs.
